Once again I am playing with Ducks and Geese as willing posing subjects... they are called "soft targets" by the professional birders...and I thank them for time devoted to me.

Photoshop Elements 5 is also serving me well, with the sketching images and general image adjustments and clean up.  It is a wonderful program, and I admire the creators of it tremendously.

HDR images are interesting, but I will use it for reality soon, not for artistic statements.  Because once you have seen and can recognize HDR images, they begin to look alike.  But I'm still having fun exploring what I can do with the techniques of HDR and Tone Mapping.

Snohomish has a great small town, rural America, feel to it.  Somehow the U.S. Flag means more here. I managed to capture some of the various events from the celebration of 150 years in existence.
