What is a Second?

In the course of normal production, there are sometimes small imperfections that occur in some pots.  Many pieces of totally functional pottery are therefore not acceptable to retail stores, who feel they need "perfect" pots for their customers.  That leaves many hundreds of pots for those who don't mind imperfections, especially if they know what they are getting before purchase. 

Seconds are for those who like a good deal and know how to shop. 

Seconds are identified by Yellow or Red  tags)

In the seconds section you will find planters, dish gardens, bonsai pots, bulb bowls, fountain bowls, fountain accessories, dinner plates, cereal bowls, dessert bowls, one of a kind kitchen accessories, platters, vases, and wall vases, and tiles.  (Availability varies)

Seconds are marked with a red or yellow green tag... and are marked down according to how serious we thought the defect was.... and "Sales" lower that price further!
